Tap Dance is a style of American theatrical dance which uses percussive footwork to mark out precise rhythmic patterns on the floor.  Tap dance develops the student’s timing and rhythm, and can enhance the study of other dance forms.  Our Tap Dance course teaches basic tap steps such as shuffle-step, shuffle-hop-toe, ball-change, flap heel, buffalo and more.  This class also incorporates upper body movement in the Broadway tradition.
